Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
Please take a minute to read the following points
  • Return Policy: You have the right to return your order within seven (7) days from the date you receive your products. Please note that we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. You can choose any shipment method when returning products to us, but the cost is your responsibility to ensure that the products return to us in their original condition.
  • Lost packages in the return process: We are not responsible for any packages lost in the return shipping, therefore we recommend that you send us an e-mail with the tracking number.
  • Faulty or Incorrect products: In the rare case that you receive a faulty or an incorrect product, please send us a photograph with the product that you received and we will inform you about the return of the product and the dispatch of the right one.
  • Exchange Policy: In order to exchange a product that you ordered, you will have to return it  (please check the Return Policy stated above) and purchase a new one.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
After the purchase, we are still the owner of all intellectual property rights, particularly design rights and copyrights, concerning our products.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any item that you have purchased.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS 
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. Any color-tone differences will not be subject to faulty or incorrect product.
